This is the privacystatement of Nimble Institute B.V. We state how we process the personal data that we receive. Nimble Institute B.V. complies with the provisions of AVG (Algemene Verordening Persoongegevens).

We try our best to protect your data. We request your personal data to guarantee our services to you. We process your personal data because you make use of our services and/or you have provided this data to us. 
Nimble Institute B.V. needs data for the following activities:

Minors

Nimble Institute B.V. won’t collect data of people under the age of 18. We recommend parents/guardians to be involved at the online activities of their children, to avoid collecting data of children without parental consent. When you are convinced that we collected personal data of a minor without permission, can you please contact us immediately. This information will be deleted.

At the data transfer we use the so-called SSL-security system (Secure Socket Layer). All send data (by our website) are with this extensive secured technique. 

Data of website visit

We receive data based on your visit to our website. Examples of these are cookies. These data is used to get a better picture of our clients and to develop our services and website and edit to your personal preferences.

On our website we make use of Google Analytics. With this we can analyse and measure the functioning of our website.  This information can be provided to third parties by Google when Google is legally required to do so or when third parties process this data commissioned by Google. We do not have any influence in this. We did not allow Google to use the received Analytics information for other Google services. Retention period data and insight

We delete data which are no longer needed. When our services to you are ended, we keep some of the data based on the legal retention period. You have the right at insight in the data we have collected of you after the services have ended. A request for insight, correction or removal of data can be submitted at your contact person within Nimble Institute B.V. To make sure your request is done by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID together with your request. We request to make the picture and social number black. This is to protect your privacy. Nimble Institute B.V. will respond as soon as possible (within 4 weeks) on your request.

Nimble Institute B.V. is only shares to third parties and only when necessary for execution of our agreement with you or to comply with legal obligations. 

View and modify data

You have the right to request for viewing, correcting or removal of your data. We will ask you to identify yourself adequate. When the request for viewing data is connected to a cookie, you must send a copy of this cookie at the request. You can find these in your browser. 

Leadinfo

To measure the business use of our website, we make use of the service Leadinfo (Rotterdam). This service shows us company names and addresses based on IP addresses of our visitors. The IP address is not collected.
